The Department of Labor’s Independent Contractor Rule was enacted on Monday, March 11, 2024.  This rule establishes new criteria for determining whether you are an Employee or an Independent Contractor.  However, filtering through the media noise about it is a daunting task.  We compiled a list of the most recent articles for you and added a “call to action” list at the end.  It’s not too late!  Let’s flood Washington DC with letters and phone calls asking them to pause the rule until the lawsuits against the DOL have been resolved.
